Returns & Exchange Policy
Please choose carefully as Anemone does not give refunds if you have changed your mind or made a wrong decision.
You can exchange where the goods are:
product delivered are not in accordance with the order
wrongly described & different from the image shown.
Exchange can only be made for size and colour but not be able to exchange with other styles.
Return & Exchange TC:
Exchange products Our Returns policy lasts for 3 working days after the product is received.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging and bag (if supplied)
With the original tags and labels still attached to the product.
The package must include invoice or any documentation that was sent with the product.
The exchange will be made after we receive Anemone product returned.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning and exchanging your item.
Anemone is not responsible for the loss of the goods upon delivery from the expedition. However if your item is lost, Anemone will lodge a claim to the expedition. Please contact Anemone Customer Service for further information. Lost items claim and refund process will follow the expedition TIKI/JNE provisions.
