HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

To purchase a product and place an order on the Anemone Online store, simply click the `Clothing Woman, ‘Clothing Man’ or `Accessories’ title on the Anemone home page, then choose a product category under Clothing Woman, Clothing Man or Accessories. Once the chosen category is selected ie. Clothing woman, and `Kebaya,’ then choose the item you are interested in; view the product by clicking on the photo of product. This will lead you to the individual product page to choose your product size. Once you have selected your size, add your item to the cart by clicking the button named `add to cart.’By adding your product to the cart, you will then have access to review your order and continue to checkout. To view your order, simply click the `View Cart’ button on the top right hand side of the home page. This will display your items chosen for cart. You can then view the full cart or go to Checkout by clicking the button named `Checkout.’ Once at the Checkout page, you will need to fill in your contact, delivery and payment details to finalize your order. Once this is complete, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided with your product, payment and shipment details. Thank you for shopping at Anemone!

 

WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED FOR MY ORDER?

Once you have finalized your order by providing your contact, payment and delivery information; you will then receive an order confirmation email outlining the payment method. Orders will be process once payment has been received.

 

WILL I RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL OF MY ORDER?

Yes. For all product orders made on the Anemone website, you will receive an order confirmation email with details of product purchased, contact information, delivery details and shipment method.

 

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU RECEIVE?

Anemone receives the payment method of Bank Transfer and Credit Card (DOKU).

 

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

For all orders Anemone will charge a standard shipment fee from TIKI/JNE with average of Rp20,000 depending on where you live.

For all orders from foreign country (Outside Indonesia) will be inform you by email.

 

DOES ANEMONE SHIP OUT OF INDONESIA?

Yes. Anemone can ship out of Indonesia.Please contact our customer service or email at contact@anemone.co.id for further information.

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Anemone shipment and delivery of orders are based on product availability, payment processing time and warehouse distribution center processing time. Orders will be processed during normal business hours between Monday and Friday 09.00am – 5:00pm. Orders placed on the weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

WHAT CURRENCY IS ANEMONE PRICES DISPLAYED IN?

The ANEMONE prices are displayed in the Indonesian Rupiah and USD currency.

 

HOW DO I SEARCH FOR ITEMS ON ANEMONE?

You can search for all Anemone products in a number of ways. The easiest way is to browse through the Clothing Woman, Clothing Man or Accessories categories at the top of the homepage. Alternatively you can search a product by entering in the name or style code on the Anemone `Search’ engine bar located on the top and bottom of the Anemone homepage.

 

CAN I MAKE A CHANGE TO AN EXISTING ORDER?

Yes. You can make changes to your order up until your order has begun being processed. To make a change to your existing order, you must contact Customer Service within 24 hours of finalizing your order. Please use the following contact details:

CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER ONCE PURCHASED?

Yes. When your order ships, Anemone will send you an order shipment confirmation email with details of your product shipment and a tracking number. You will also be sent a link to track the status of your order.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

From the purchase stage of finalizing your order – you will have 24 hours to cancel your order. To cancel your order, you must contact Customer Service on the following details:

DOES ANEMONE ONLINE HAVE GIFT CARDS?

No. Anemone does not provide or accept Anemone gift cards.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF SOMETHING I ORDER IS OUT OF STOCK?

The Anemone website will only display sizes and colors available for purchase. However occasionally an item could sell out within the minute you place your order. If you have ordered a Anemone product that is out of stock, the Anemone Customer Service team will notify you within 24 hours for a replacement, exchange option or refund.

 

I NEED HELP WITH MY SIZE, DO YOU HAVE A SIZE GUIDE?

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEM GETS LOST IN THE MAIL?

Anemone  tracks all website orders with a shipment tracking number. The first thing to do is contact the carrier your order was sent with and quote your tracking number that was sent to you on your order confirmation email. If your item is lost in the mail, Anemone will lodge a claim to the expedition. Please contact Anemone Customer Service for further information.

DO YOU DELIVER TO PO BOX ADDRESS?

Yes. Anemone can deliver to all postal addresses within Indonesia and Internationally.

 

DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

When you proceed to checkout to purchase a product, you are meet with a few options, existing members can login, and non existing members can either checkout as a guest or register when you checkout. Registering when you checkout will automatically set up a member account with Anemone.

 

I HAVE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD ON MY ANEMONE ACCOUNT?

If you have forgotten your password, you can access your account information by clicking on the `My Account’ key on the top right hand side of the Anemone website homepage. The `My Account’ page will offer six options; My Account, Wish List, Cart, Checkout, Register, and Login.’To log into your account, press the `Login’ button. This will lead you to the Login page where your email and password is required to log into your account. You can reset your password by clicking on the `forgot your password’ link –this will automatically send you a temporary Customer Password.
